Quick Facts

Good to know

No Win No Fee

With our “No Win, No Fee” service, you’ll usually pay 30% + VAT (36% including VAT) only if your claim is successful. This means there’s no financial risk to you — if your case doesn’t win, you don’t pay. There are no upfront costs or hidden fees, so you’re never out of pocket. Please note, a cancellation fee may apply if you choose to cancel outside the cooling-off period.

It's Your Choice

You don’t have to use a claims management company to pursue a claim. You can contact the car dealership or finance provider directly at no cost. If your complaint isn’t resolved, you can take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. We may receive a referral fee if we introduce you to a third party or panel solicitor, but this will not affect the amount of compensation you may be entitled to.
